Before you write
My reading didn’t appear on my other device
Sync only runs while you are signed in on both devices. On a khatmah
screen, pull down to refresh — that asks the server for anything newer
right now, and tells you plainly when it last succeeded.
I want my account and data deleted
Settings → Account → Delete account removes the account and every
row attached to it, permanently. You can also just sign out; reading as a
guest keeps everything on the device and sends nothing anywhere.
Wird asked for permission to save a photo
Only when you share an ayah as an image and choose “Save
Image”. Wird never reads your photo library — it can only add the
picture it just made.
Something in the Qur’anic text or recitation looks wrong
Please tell us, with the page or ayah number. Wird never types Qur’anic
text by hand — every glyph comes from KFGQPC data — so a genuine
fault is worth chasing upstream, and we will.
Privacy
